What size paper do I use to print? All printable inserts are set up for an American standard 8.5" x 11" paper.
How can I print these? - If you have a home printer, many printables will print nicely with quality paper. Standard printer paper is usually too thin for writing on and will cause pen bleed through or ghosting. I personally use HP 32-lb Premium Choice paper, which is higher quality but at a decent price point. If you don't want to print at home, you can send the files to a local print shop to be printed. Many office supply locations such as Staple's, Office Max, and FedEx Kinkos also have print shops.
Do you offer refunds on digital downloads/printables? - We do not offer refunds on digital downloads. If there is any issue with your order, please contact me.
Why do the colors looks different than in the photos? - There will always be a slight color shift from screen to print. Colors on the screen will usually appear brighter. Different printers will also print colors differently.
I accidentally deleted my files, can you resent them to me? - You can always access your order history and downloadable files on the My Account page. You can download each file multiple times for personal use.
What can I do with the printables once I download them? - You may print each file as many times as you'd like, for personal use or to give away as a personal gift. The files may not be shared, resold, or redistributed, and they may not be used for commercial purposes.
What kind of materials are used for these products? All of my inserts and bullet journals use high-quality 32-lb paper, to eliminate or reduce pen ghosting and bleedthrough. Bullet journals also use decorative paper that has been laminated, 5 mil in thickness, as well as antique silver wire binding.
What is the processing time for physical orders? Processing takes 1-3 business days.
Where do you ship orders? At this time, I only ship orders within the United States.
